Our Journey

From Change Et Al to Board Match-Up

Our journey began in 2014 with a spark—a simple idea to spark positive change. This spark led to the creation of Change Et Al—a boutique change management consulting company committed to reshaping organizations through the power of People, Process & Culture. We bring both the art and science of change together, solving problems, making things happen, and getting everyone on board. Our 4A Model of Change ensures nothing is left behind and our online academy makes this available online for a self paced learning.


In 2018, we introduced Bridge Et Al—a revolutionary platform that taps into the gig economy's energy. It connects talented freelancers with businesses in need, reshaping how talent is found and used. This innovative approach has reshaped the future of talent management, making companies smarter in finding the right people.


By 2022, we recognized a growing need for experienced leaders, independent directors, and board members. Our founder pursued corporate governance education at INSEAD, discovering the need for change in how leaders and boards collaborate. This ignited a spark—a realization that change goes beyond organizations; it's about steering change at the top. Simultaneously, we noticed executives seeking balance between work and personal life, craving engagement that enriches their well-being.


This pivotal moment led to Board Match-Up—a dynamic platform connecting accomplished leaders with forward-thinking boards. Born in 2023, it's a revolutionary digital space poised to reshape leadership dynamics.
